My Approach

I love how all the areas of our life are interconnected.  For example: does the stress at your job or in a relationship cause you to overeat? Do you have low energy or poor sleep patterns that prevent you from exercising? Together, we will uncover the patterns and discover how all the parts of your life affect your health as a whole. 

I don't focus on calories, carbs, fat or proteins. Nor do I believe any diet is a long term answer. My goal is to partner with my clients to create a happy & healthy life.

Together we will work towards your health goals. This may be in many areas such as weight, cravings, better sleep patterns, more energy. As we move forward, you'll develop a deeper understanding of the food and lifestyle choices that give you the opportunity to implement lasting changes that improve your energy, balance and health.
